Centrifugal vertical single-stage pumps with the bilateral input pump impellers, with the axial supplies and two-ply spiral pipe bends preincluded pump impellers. These pumps are specially developed for Ministry of petroleum industry and are intended for supply of oil with temperature from –5 to +80°С, with 1–3 × 10–4 sm²/s kinematic viscosity, with 830–900 kg/m³ density, with the content of mechanical impurity to 0,06% on volume and the size of particles to 0,5 mm. Pumps НПВ are intended for supply of oil to main pumps and for creation the necessary positive suction head for their work.
Unit consist of retaining vertical pumps НПВ type and explosion-proof construction electric motors ВАОВ type (vertical, asynchronous, blown).
Joining of branch pipes to pipelines: entrance nozzle – welded, discharge nozzle – flanged.
Units are established on the open areas with temperature of air from –50 to +40°С.
The example of the graphical symbol of the pumps НПВ1250-60-1(2,3)У1, where: НПВ – the oil retaining vertical pump or the unit; 1250 – supply in a nominal mode, m3/ch, without the cutting of the pump impeller; 60 – a head in a nominal mode, m, without the cutting of the pump impeller; 1 (2, 3 …) – a pump design *; 1 – the basic variant of the pump execution; 2 – the truncated variant of the pump execution with the reduced size of the deepening of the pump impeller (without intermediate sections) – for the pumping over stations having static backwater for without cavitational work of the pump; 3 – the variant of the pump execution with demountable shaft – can be on the basis of the core (1/3) or the truncated execution (2/3), allowing to make replacement of sealing end, the intermediate bearing without electric motor dismantlement; У – a climatic modification in accordance with ГОСТ 15150; 1 – a placing category in accordance with ГОСТ 15150.
