Electropumping units consist of the pump and the electric motor mounted on the general base plate (frame) and connected elastic muff.
Pumps ХД (ДХ) - centrifugal horizontal one-stage pumps with the bilateral input pump impeller with a horizontal socket of the case.
Pumps ОХР – axial chemical horizontal reversible pumps. Pumps are applied to circulation of the dyeing solutions in devices of the dyeing-finishing equipment.
Pumps ОХГ- chemical horizontal console pumps with the rigid blades and the pipe bend of a pumped over liquid under 90°С.
All chemical pumps of each standard size are produced in various executions in dependence: from a material of a flowing part; diameter of the pump impeller for centrifugal pumps and a corner of installation of blades for pumps ОХГ type; models of the pump impeller for pumps ОХГ type; type of knot of consolidation of a shaft; power and executions of completing engines. A symbol of pumps ОХГ type at the order and correspondence: ОХГ6-42a, б, в, д-К, Е, И, СД-У3, where ОХГ – axial chemical pump with horizontal shaft; 6 – number of model of the pump impeller; 42 – diameter of the pump impeller, sm; a, б, в, д – the symbol of a corner of installation of the pump impeller blades without a designation corresponds to a corner 0° (the basic execution); а – this corresponds to a minus 6° corner; б – this corresponds to a minus 3° corner; в – this corresponds to a plus 3° corner; д – this corresponds to a plus 6° corner; К, Е, И – a symbol of a details material of a flowing part; СД – stuffing box seal type; У3 – a climatic modification and a category of placing of the unit at operation.
