Vertical axial pumps ОВ (ОПВ) type


 
Axial pumps ВО (ВПО) type are intended for pumping over the water with the maintenance of the weighed particles of the 0,3% maximum mass concentration, the size no more than 0,1 mm, from them abrasive particles no more than 2%, with temperature to +35°С.
 
Pumps are applied to circulating water supply of thermal and atomic power stations, in irrigating systems, in the industry and other branches of a national economy.
 
Axial pumps are produced following types:
 
BO – the vertical axial pump with rigid blades of the pump impeller;
ВПО – the vertical axial pump with a drive of turn of blades of the pump impeller;
 
Axial pumps are made in following updatings depending on a pump standard size:
K – with a supply of chamber type;
without a designation – with a cranked supply;
M – small-sized;
MБ – monoblock;
Г – with a hydrodrive of turn of blades;
Э – with an electromechanical drive of turn of blades;
МБК – monoblock with a supply of chamber type.
 
An example: 50ВО-0,6/10 МБМК-ОМ5.
 
50 – conditional pass of a pressure head branch pipe, sm;
B – vertical;
O – axial, with rigid blades of the pump impeller;
0,6 – supply, m3/second;
10 – a head, m;
МБМК – monoblock, small-sized with a chamber supply of water to the pump;
OM – a climatic modification;
5 – a category of placing of the unit at operation.
 
Structurally axial pumps are similar and consist of the following assembly units: the case parts, directing bearings, a rotor and a drive of turn of blades for pumps ВПО. Pilot-bearings with rubber bearing shells are lubricated with water. Details of a flowing part of the specified pumps are made of a carbonaceous steel and pig-iron, the blades and the pump impeller chamber - from corrosion-proof steels. Pumps for sea water are made completely from corrosion-proof stainless steels. The summary technical characteristics of pumps ВО and ВПО type and completing electric motors is resulted more low.
