Centrifugal vertical pumps В (ВЦ) type |
Pumps of type В (ВЦ) are intended for pumping over waters with the content of the weighed particles no more than 3 g/l, the size no more than 0,1 mm, from them abrasive particles no more than 2%, with temperature no more 45°C. They are used for irrigational systems, for water supply of population aggregates and the industrial enterprises and in other branches of an economy.
Vertical centrifugal pumps with the unilateral input pump impeller. Water is brought to the pump through a metal knee or a concrete suction. The pump has the spiral case. The sliding pilot-bearing is lubricated with water with the content of the weighed particles to 50 mg/l. Shaft consolidation – a soft stuffing box seal.
Pumps 100ВЦ-4/63, 120ВЦ-6,3/63, 120ВЦ-6,3/100, 160ВЦ-10/40 can be made with the bearing on oil lubricant.
A symbol of the pump with addition to it of a climatic modification and a placing category in accordance with ГОСT 15150:
