Oil pumps НК type


 
Pumps НК type – console pumps with one unilateral input pump impeller and the directing device (one-stage) or with two unilateral input pump impellers and the dual directing device (two-level). Pumps НК type are intended for pumping over oil products with temperature from 193 K (-80°C) to 673 K (+400°C). The pumps, made in various climatic modifications, are intended for work out of premises and in premises where is possible the formation of the explosive mixes, combustible gases or steams with air by working conditions.

A drive of pumps НК type - explosion-proof electric motors. Pumps with a drive are established on the general base plate, their shaft is connected by tooth-type coupling to intermediate shaft. In places of an exit of a shaft from the pump case are established the sealing end or the stuffing box seal.

Details of a flowing part of pumps can be made from carbonaceous, chromic or nickel inclusive steels. Direction of axes of exit branch  pipes - vertical, entrance branch  pipes - vertical or horizontal. Lubrication of bearings – liquid, circulating.

The pumped over liquid should not contain the firm weighed particles in the size more than 0,2 mm. The mass fraction of the firm weighed particles in a liquid should not exceed 0,2%.

Range of application: technological installations of petrochemical, petro- and the gas-processing enterprises, fuel supply systems of thermal power stations, large boiler-houses and gas-filling stations. Pumps are issued in climatic modifications У, categories of placing 2, 3, 4; or - УХЛ, ТС, ТВ, categories of placing 4 in accordance with ГОСТ 15150-69.
